Description

  • Prepare PO ,DO, Invoice
  • Keep track and update on goods purchasing, receiving and delivery date
  • Perform general filing duties and maintain organized documentation
  • Maintain company website operation
  • Monitor purchasing and delivery process and update orders 
  • And other assigned related tasks.
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin, Malay, English(reading, writing, speaking)

Requirements

  • Min. SPM/ STPM/ Diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 years working experience
  • able to speak multiple languages, especially Mandarin, English & Malay
  • good communication skills
  • must familiar with MS Word & Excel
